SOCIAL & WEDDING INFORMATION Social Occasion Liquor Permits We require $500 at time of signing rental agreement.Building Capacity: 300 SOCIALS (Serving alcohol)Gym & Multi-purpose Room MAX 300 Persons$1,850 plus GST – Total Cost $1,942.50Damage Deposit: $500.00 Rate is from 8pm -1am.WEDDINGS (Serving alcohol)Gym and Multi-purpose Room MAX 240 Persons$2,450 plus GST – Total Cost $2,572.50Damage Deposit $500.00 Rate is from 5pm -1am.WEDDINGS (No Alcohol)Gym and Multi-purpose Room MAX 240 Persons$1,500 plus GST – Total Cost $ 1,575.00Damage deposit $500.00 Rate is from 5pm – midnight.Additional time may be booked at an additional cost.Social & Wedding Rentals (with Alcohol) Include:1. Two (2) bartenders, One (1) Monitor/Supervisor & Security Personnel2.Coffee Station. Coffee, Coffee Cups, Sugar & Creamer included.3. Set up and take down (tables & chairs)4. 2 hours of additional time for decorating included.Social/Wedding Renter Responsibilities include:Cleaning kitchen at the end of functionRemoving all decorationsClearing tablesRemoving all garbage to the bin located outside.Removing all liquor and empties from building. Last call at 12:45 a.m. and at 1:00 a.m. Music is done, and tables are to be cleared and building should be vacated by 1:30am.
