The 2023 rental rate for a social is $1,600 plus GST, and a refundable damage deposit of $300 (which is mailed out to you the week following the event providing there is no damage, no extra clean up ,Garbage’s and empties are taken out to the garbage bins outside, and the event ended on time).

We require $500 at time of signing rental agreement, with a balance of $1,480.00 due one week before event.

Rental includes Gym, Multi purpose room and the kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with a Fridge, freezer, Stove, 2 ovens, a large drink cooler and coffee maker. The Multi purpose room can be used as a Bar/ Food area or a room for silent auction prizes. Completely up to you!
Socials run from 8:00 – 1:00 am. With 2 hours of set up time starting at 6p.m.
Last call at 12:45 a.m. and at 1:00 a.m. Music is done, and tables are to be cleared and building should be vacated by 1:30am.

Liquor Permit, & receipts, liquor, wrist bands for your guests, table coverings, cups, ice, mix, liquor tickets, plates, cutlery, Late night snack etc.
Your Responsibilities include:
Cleaning kitchen at end of function, remove all decorations and personal belongings, clear tables, remove all liquor and empties and all garbage in blue garbage bin located outside.

Wedding With Alcohol
